As you know, a couple of months back we spent some very memorable time on the south-eastern coastline of Costa Rica in a place called Puerto Viejo.

Picture a place made up of tropical jungle, palm trees, monkeys, uncrowded beaches and a Rastafarian vibe that can only be found on the Caribbean coastline.
