Tulum is the kind of place that can be summed up in just a word, holidays. It’s white beaches, crystal clear waters, balmy palm trees and cheap cerveza’s are the stuff dreams are made of.

I had the pleasure of spending my 30th birthday there with Nat and some really good mates, and luckily for me, Tulum is the kind of place where time almost stands still making the whole occasion stretch out in the kind of way that the hardest decisions you make in a day in the whether these tacos are better than the ones that you had yesterday.
